Hotel Villa De Santis - Montefranco

The stay was absolutely wonderful! Everything was great, amicable stuff, absolutely breathtaking views to the surrounding mountains and villages. The room was well-maintained and fantastic, the pool was nice. Location: the hotel was not far from the Marmore waterfalls on the other, Spoleto, Assisi and other beautiful locations, and the surrounding mountains and villages.

The staff was great and lovely, helped a lot. Its location was super, next to a great restaurant in a medieval building. It was in a beautiful area.

Stunning location and excellant and friendly staff were a definite plus.

Our room had a safe, a minibar, and central heating, which was really convenient. Plus, it only took us 5 minutes to walk to the bus stop at Lower Bisterne Farm 🚌.

The room is reasonably spacious and beautiful with breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains and villages. the hotel has a great location in a beautiful area. There's a great selection of restaurants nearby, such as Julian Serrano Tapas, which is just a short walk away.

Tasty breakfast with yummy croissants and mouth-watering homemade cakes. 🥐.

The location of this place is wonderful, with easy access to St Paul's Church and set in a beautiful area.

I thoroughly enjoyed the hotel, everything was great here. Its location not too far away from the Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas was stunning and marvellous. the area was very nice near to a hill overlooking Montefalco on one side, the Marmore waterfalls, and a great restaurant in a medieval building. I did not want to leave, had a wonderful experience and would go back in a flash.

This hotel is conveniently situated close to a fantastic restaurant in a historic building and near Assisi; the superior quadruple room boasts a stunning mountain view.

The location was wonderful, right by Montefalco and the Marmore Waterfalls. The room was well-maintained and equipped with a kitchen and bathroom. I think the hotel was great, will be back.

our recent stay in castellonalto was amazing, but our business stay at villa de santis was even better! the hosts were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. the pool and views were stunning, and the location was perfect for exploring nearby towns. we can't wait to come back next year!

Be sure to take a dip in the amazing pool and enjoy the incredible vistas surrounding the hotel.

The hotel does not offer free Wi, Fi in the rooms or by the pool, which may be a downside for some guests.
